Yes. We assess your current systems, tools, and requirements, then design the implementation around the project. We can also help you onboard an external technology, change model providers, or migrate an existing implementation.
What happens to our company data?
We agree how data will be accessed, processed, and stored before implementation. That includes the deployment environment, any model-provider access, retention, and the permissions needed for the use case.
How do we know the AI is delivering value?
We agree measures before the build and evaluate against real business tasks. Depending on the project, those measures can include task completion, time saved, quality, adoption, operating cost, or product outcomes.
How is a project scoped and priced?
We define the use case, integrations, data work, evaluation requirements, and deployment scope with you. We then agree the delivery model and clarify both the project cost and expected ongoing infrastructure and model usage.
What happens after delivery?
